Seniority List and Accrual of Seniority. (a) The Employer will keep a combined up-to-date seniority list of all regular full-time, regular part-time, temporary and casual nurses and this list shall be posted and maintained by the Employer on January 1st, May 1st and September 1st of every year. A copy of the seniority list shall be posted on the Union bulletin board no later than January 15th, May 15th and September 15th of each year. Upon request of the local Union a copy shall be provided.
