Merchant Portal. You acknowledge and agree that Paymark may, at its sole discretion, determine what information, data, features and functionality is made available to you via the Merchant Portal. You agree to comply with any terms that Paymark may specify in relation to your use of the Merchant Portal. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those on the Merchant Portal, the terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to the extent of that inconsistency. Paymark will supply you with user names and passwords to enable you to access the Merchant Portal. You must keep such user names and passwords secure and made known only to authorised users and will be responsible for all use of the Merchant Portal, both during and after the term of this Agreement, through use of your user names and passwords. If you breach any term of this Agreement or the terms of use of the Merchant Portal, Paymark may disable your user names and passwords.
Merchant Portal. (a) The Merchant acknowledges that the Company will not provide any periodic paper or electronic statements to the Merchant. The Merchant may obtain information about Settlement Funds, Transactions, Refunds, Fees, Transaction reports and other aspects of the Company’s services by logging onto the Merchant Portal.
(b) The Merchant will maintain the confidentiality of any Login names or passwords used to access the Merchant Portal and will be responsible for any use or misuse of the Merchant Portal by the Merchant’s employees or agents. Upon becoming aware that the Merchant’s Login name or password has become compromised, the Merchant will promptly provide notice to the Company and will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Merchant Portal until such notice has been received by the Company.
(c) The Merchant will comply with any guidelines applicable to Merchants which the Company may post on the Merchant Portal from time to time.
Merchant Portal. Failure to clear the manual off-line voucher may result in non-payment to the Merchant. If Merchant does not have a terminal or access to the Merchant portal xxx.xxxXXXX.xxx, the manual off-line voucher must be returned to state Processing Vendors within thirty (30) calendar days.

5.3 Paymark will supply you with user names and passwords to enable you to access the Merchant Portal. You must keep all user names and passwords secure and made known only to authorised users and will be responsible for all use of the Merchant Portal, both during and after the Term, through use of your user names and passwords.
5.4 If you breach any term of this Agreement or the terms of use of the Merchant Portal, Paymark may disable your user names and passwords and will not be liable to you for any inability to use Online EFTPOS as a result.

Worldline will supply you with usernames and passwords to enable you to access the Merchant Portal. You must keep such usernames and passwords secure and made known only to authorised users and will be responsible for all use of the Merchant Portal, both during and after the term of this Agreement, through use of your usernames and passwords. If you breach any term of this Agreement or the terms of use of the Merchant Portal, Worldline may disable your usernames and passwords.
Merchant Portal. 3.4.1 Merchant will provide MontyPay with a detailed description of the products and services displayed, offered, and sold on the Mer- chant Portal.
3.4.2 Merchant will clearly disclose and display on the Merchant Portal the terms and conditions relating to the Transaction the cur- rency and price of the goods and/or services, the period and method of delivery and the method of payment. Where Merchant is not will- ing to return the goods/services purchased, or cancel the Transac- tion, Xxxxxxxx must clearly disclose this to Customer, requesting that the Customers understand that they can neither return nor can- cel the Transaction.
3.4.3 Merchant will constantly and continuously secure the Mer- chant Portal and its software systems that provide access to the Platform by providing and applying all necessary anti-virus and anti- piracy precautions, to prevent any harm to or compromise the Plat- form.
3.4.4 Merchant will ensure that Products mentioned on the Mer- chant Portal are in stock to avoid Refunds.

5.4 If you breach any term of this Agreement or the terms of use of the Merchant Portal, Worldline may disable your user names and passwords and will not be liable to you for any inability to use Online EFTPOS as a result.
Merchant Portal. A. The Merchant Portal allows the Merchant to collect payment details from its payer through an interaction hosted and displayed by a Payment Gateway.
B. The payer will order the merchants goods and services through the merchant portal and all payment transactions must be handled by the Cardholder.
C. The merchant shall not use the Merchant Portal to capture and keep sensitive card information (card number, expiry date, CVV and Cardholder name) in line with security standards that the bank shall be publishing from time to time.
D. The merchant agrees that the merchant portal will solely be used for processing authentic transactions originating from the rightful cardholders. The merchant shall not use the merchant portal to process fraudulent transactions by entering card details that have been obtained unlawfully or fraudulently.
E. The Merchant shall provide comprehensive and accurate information regarding the products offered and contractual terms of sale.
F. The Merchant shall ensure that the contents which it uploads are not prohibited under the applicable laws and regulations, and it will attend to the reports or complaints made about its uploaded contents.
G. The Merchant must comply with its obligations under this agreement and other applicable laws and regulations.
