Service Credit for Sick Leave. 1. All employees shall be entitled to sick leave with pay as specified hereunder. 2. Sick leave for purposes herein is defined to mean absence from work of an employee because of personal illness by reason of which such employee is unable to perform the usual duties of his position, exposure to contagious disease, a short period of emergency attendance upon a member of his immediate family critically ill and requiring presence of such employee or death in the immediate family.
