PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION. At the discretion of the Authorized User, the Contractor may be required to present a School Bus for pre-delivery inspection. The terms and conditions of such inspection(s) shall be provided by the Authorized User, and should be agreed upon by the Contractor and Authorized User prior to scheduling production. This inspection shall take place inside a building and on a dry School Bus at the OEM’s facility or Contractor’s place of business, as agreed to by the Authorized User. When so required, the Contractor shall make no delivery of a School Bus without written approval of the Authorized User. The Contractor shall notify the Authorized User that the School Bus is ready for inspection. Within five (5) Business Days of the Contractor’s notification, the Authorized User shall send a team of qualified inspectors to the Contractor's facility, or another mutually agreed upon location convenient to the Authorized User, to accomplish the inspection of the School Bus before delivery. Upon the inspector’s arrival at the facility, the Contractor shall assign a mechanic, a runner and a delivery bay to the inspector. It is the Contractor's responsibility to properly itemize, organize and segregate all School Buses. The above areas of responsibility must be accomplished in order to facilitate an expeditious and orderly inspection flow. This shall also allow discrepancies to be corrected while the inspector is located at the Contractor's facility. Inspected School Buses which do not comply with these or other requirements shall be rejected (see also Appendix B §36 Rejected Product). All rejected School Buses shall be corrected at the expense of the Contractor, and the corrected School Buses shall be presented for re-inspection within ten (10) Business Days from notification of the rejection. The Authorized User may cancel the Purchase Order if the Contractor fails to correct any problem, without incurring any cost or fee.

PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION. The successful bidder shall conduct pre-delivery inspection of buses and remove all mechanical, electrical, and physical defects, if any, before delivery of the buses to the Embassy of India. The bidder shall submit the internal Inspection Report of the company along with the supplies before claiming the payment.
PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION. 6.1 If this LTA-G or any Purchase Order provides that the Goods generally, or the Goods to be supplied under that Purchase Order (as the case may be), are to subject to pre-delivery inspection, then the following provisions will apply: (a) Pre-delivery inspection will be conducted at UNICEF’s expense by an independent inspection agency selected by UNICEF. (b) At UNICEF’s request, the Supplier will provide its reasonable cooperation to UNICEF and its designated inspection agency, including but not limited to access to production data, at no additional cost to UNICEF. (c) The Supplier will advise UNICEF Quality Assurance Centre of the location of the manufacturing facility/facilities by email to: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx. UNICEF's Quality Assurance Centre will advise the Supplier of the name of the designated inspection agency. (d) Notice of the readiness of each consignment of Goods, in the form attached to the Purchase Order, must be provided by the Supplier to UNICEF and the designated inspection agency at least seven (7) days prior to the planned shipment date. (e) UNICEF will notify the Supplier promptly of its decision whether or not to release the Goods for shipment. If UNICEF issues a release notice, the Supplier will immediately expedite shipment of the released consignments. If UNICEF notifies the Supplier that the Goods are non-conforming, then Article 2.6 of the UNICEF General Terms and Conditions of Contract (Goods) will apply. 6.2 The Supplier acknowledges that any inspection of the Goods by UNICEF or its designated inspection agents does not constitute a determination whether the specifications for the Goods set out in this LTA-G or any Purchase Order (including mandatory technical requirements) have been met. The Supplier will be required to comply with its warranty and other contractual obligations whether or not UNICEF carries out such pre-delivery inspection of the Goods. 6.3 The pre-delivery inspection and any testing of the Goods undertaken by UNICEF or its designated inspection agents will not substitute for the inspection and testing of the Goods upon delivery to UNICEF.

Contractor must also ensure, prior to delivery that all fluids at maximum levels, tire pressures to be at factory recommended levels, lights and switches in working order, etc. Any equipment delivered without the PDI checklist will not be accepted.
PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION. Seller shall be responsible for the quality control of the Goods it supplies to Tesla pursuant to the Contract, including, without limitation, adequate inspection and testing of Goods prior to delivery.
PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION. 6.1 Subject to satisfactory completion of Purchaser's pre-delivery inspection of the Aircraft in accordance with Section 3.6A(b), Purchaser shall execute and deliver to Seller on the Delivery Date an Acceptance Certificate in respect: of the Aircraft, which shall be conclusive evidence (as between Purchaser and Seller) of the matters therein stated.

PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION. The following is an additional condition to the obligation of the Purchaser to acquire each Aircraft: Seller shall make the Aircraft (including the Aircraft Documents for such Aircraft) available to Purchaser in lots of four at the Expected Delivery Location to enable Purchaser to conduct a ground inspection of such Aircraft and an inspection of the Aircraft Documents for such Aircraft (collectively, the "Pre-Delivery Inspection"). Subject to Clause 3.8, the Pre-Delivery Inspection for such Aircraft and such Aircraft Documents shall occur during a period of 15 days, commencing on the date that Seller notifies Purchaser that such Aircraft and such Aircraft Documents are available for the Pre-Delivery Inspection at the Expected Delivery Location and such Aircraft and such Aircraft Documents are in fact available to Purchaser (the "Inspection Period"). The Pre-Delivery Inspection will be conducted at Purchaser's expense, and shall include a power assurance run of the Engines and auxiliary power unit of each Aircraft. During the Pre-Delivery Inspection for such Aircraft, Purchaser shall have the right to determine if (a) the condition of such Aircraft is consistent in all material respects with the description of the Aircraft in the Aircraft Specification Summary and (b) the Aircraft Documents for such Aircraft include all of the documents listed and described in the Standard Document List (the "Inspection Conditions"). If such Aircraft and Aircraft Documents comply with the Inspection Conditions, Purchaser shall within two (2) Business Days following completion of the Inspection Period for such Aircraft notify Seller in writing whether any or all such Aircraft are approved for purchase ("Written Approval"). If Purchaser has reasonably determined that any such Aircraft or Aircraft Documents are not in compliance with the Inspection Conditions, Purchaser shall within two (2) Business Days following completion of the Inspection Period for such Aircraft notify Seller in writing and describe in reasonable detail why Purchaser has determined that such Aircraft or Aircraft Documents are not in compliance with the Inspection Conditions (a "Rejection Notice"), but Seller and Purchaser shall proceed with the sale and purchase of the Aircraft for which Purchaser has provided a Written Approval to Seller in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
