Service Fee Payment. When a Job is complete, Service Professional will submit to the Service Requester and Purify Pros confirmation that the Job is complete. Purify Pros will transmit payment to Service Professional via direct deposit. So long as Service Professional has completed the steps necessary to set up a direct deposit account and provided those details to Purify Pros, Purify Pros shall then remit payment for each Job, less Purify Pros's booking fee, within seven (7) business days following the day the Job was completed. Absent Service Professional's failure to complete the appropriate steps to arrange for payment by direct deposit, Purify Pros's failure to remit payment within seven (7) business days following the day the Job was completed shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. If applicable, Purify Pros will report the payments paid to Service Professional under this Agreement by filing the appropriate Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service as required by law. Payment processing services for Service Professionals are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, located at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/connect/account-terms, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to this Agreement, Service Professional agrees to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Purify Pros enabling payment processing services through Stripe, Service Professional agrees to provide Purify Pros accurate and complete information about Service Professional and Service Professional's business, and Service Professional authorizes Purify Pros to share it and transaction information related to Service Professional's use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
Service Fee Payment. The Service Fee balance will be paid after the photographs have been taken in accordance with Clause 4(a) below.
Service Fee Payment. 3.1. In consideration for the exclusive license granted by Party A to Party B to license and market its online games, unless as otherwise instructed by Party A in writing, Party B shall pay 10% of its revenues as the loyalty to Party A, on a yearly basis. Party B shall pay the loyalty in the last week of March every year.
3.2. In consideration for the exclusive technical support and consulting service provided by Party A to Party B, Party B shall pay Party A service fees, which will be determined on an arms-length and reasonable basis based on the cost and expenses incurred by the Parties. The service fee shall be paid on a yearly basis and in the last week of March every year. The amount of the service fee shall be confirmed and agreed in writing by the Parties.
3.3. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the loyalty and the service fees should be deposited by Party B to the bank account designated by Party A, Party A shall confirm the service fee due by way of an invoice to Party B.
3.4. Taxes and expenses arising out of the execution and implementation of this Agreement shall be borne by the Parties respectively.
Service Fee Payment. A two and a half (2.5) percent increase in fees applies upon renewal each year for optional Year 4 and optional Year 5, as outlined in Table (A). Service Fee Payment. Service Provider and Business will agree on an amount for the Google Maps Business View and related services (“Service Fee”), and the Business will pay the Service Fee after Service Provider takes the Photographs (as defined in Section 4 below).
