Service Hours - After all new probationary employees, employees on temporary promotion, and employees subject to layoff under Section 2.A.2 of this Article have been removed from a class within a layoff unit, the employee with the lowest number of service hours shall be subject to layoff first. When two (2) or more employees have the same number of service hours, the Authority shall determine the order of layoff for these employees.
