SERVICE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS. Scheduled outages for maintenance shall not affect the Service during Authority’s Customer Service hours of operation. In the event of an unscheduled outage, the Contractor shall promptly track the cause of the failure and the resulting resolution/repair for future use. Contractor and Authority Project Manager shall agree upon a contingency plan in the event unscheduled outages occur to the Service.

  • Maintenance Requirements The Contractor shall ensure and procure that at all times during the Maintenance Period, the Project Highway conforms to the maintenance requirements set forth in Schedule-E (the “Maintenance Requirements”).

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Maintenance Standards Unless otherwise authorized by the CRC Board, the General Manager shall prepare and submit to the CRC Board proposals (including the Program Maintenance plan submitted pursuant to Section 5(b)) for the performance of such Routine Maintenance and Program Maintenance as is reasonably necessary to keep and maintain the Shared Assets substantially in their condition as of the date of this Agreement. If the CRC Board fails either to approve or disapprove by majority vote any such proposal within 45 days after it was submitted to the CRC Board, the disagreement over the propriety or need for any of the Routine Maintenance or Program Maintenance included in such proposal may be submitted by either Operator for resolution by binding arbitration pursuant to Section 13.

  • REPAIRS; MAINTENANCE The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to supervise repairs, improvements, alterations, and decorations to the Property as well as purchase and pay bills for services and supplies.
