Service or Work. Contractor agrees to procure the materials, equipment and/or products necessary for the Project and agrees to diligently provide all services, labor, personnel and materials necessary to perform and complete the Project described in Exhibit which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Contractor shall further be responsible for the timely completion, and acknowledges that a failure to comply with the standards and requirements of Exhibits and within the time limits prescribed by County may result in County’s decision to withhold payment or to terminate this Agreement.
