Services to be Provided by City a. The City Manager, or the City Manager’s designee, shall administer funding on behalf of the Type A Corporation.
b. The City Manager, or the City Manager’s designee, shall perform contract administration responsibilities outlined in the Business Incentive Agreement for the Type A Corporation.
Services to be Provided by City. The City will be responsible for the maintenance and replacement of the buildings, structures, utilities and surrounding areas including shrubbery, except policing for trash, waste, garbage and other debris. City shall provide janitorial supplies (paper towels, soap, trash bags, toilet paper, cleaners and light bulbs) for the facility. The City shall provide Midwest Pool Management four sets of keys for locks that access the facility.
Services to be Provided by City. Under this Agreement, the City shall be responsible to:
4.1 Provide access to and use of all equipment stored at the Lifeguard Shed located behind the Xxxxxx Beach Police Department station as of the Effective Date.
4.2 Install and provide use of a Lifeguard Tower to be centrally located on the Beach near Haystack Rock.
4.3 Provide access to and use of a mutually agreed number of designated Lifeguard vehicles, including ATVs and side-by-sides. Insure and maintain these vehicles in working condition.

Services to be Provided by City. To enhance the opportunity for CCHRA to accomplish the purposes set forth herein, the City of Charles City, Iowa, agrees to provide the following services to CCHRA:
A. To incorporate CCHRA staff in City housing projects and committees, as appropriate.
B. To work to support and enhance housing efforts in the community through information sharing and linkage with appropriate City departments.
C. As part of the annual City audit, complete the fiscal year end 2023-2024 financial audit to include the CCHRA program. Thereafter, arrangements for and the cost of the annual audit will be made by CCHRA.
D. Transfer existing balances in CCHRA accounts to CCHRA.
E. Allow CCHRA to retain all inventory held in its possession.
F. Assign all of its right, title and interest in Contracts to CCHRA effective on the 1st day of January, 2025.
Services to be Provided by City. Connection to a power source to achieve continuous three-phase, 480-volt, 600-amp, electric capacity for connection to refrigeration system.
Services to be Provided by City. The SRO provides a specialized service (Law Enforcement) specifically to the school’s staff, students, administration, and facilities which are part of the services provided by the District to the school’s students and parents. The regular duty hours of the SRO shall be on a full-time basis of eight (8) hours per day, Monday to Friday from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., when District is in regular session.

Services to be Provided by City. A. To support the Contractor in successfully managing the Bathroom Attendant Program, the City will provide:
i) Portable Restroom Facilities - The City will provide portable restroom facilities at each of the listed locations, including separate receptacles for needles, trash, and hazardous waste, to be used for this Program.
