The 4-week session/use fee shall be computed at 75% of the 13-week fee noted above. The 1-year session/use fee shall be computed at twice (x2) the 13-week fee noted above. Payment of the minimum session fee includes all broadcast, local cable, theatrical/industrial, internet, traditional digital/new media/social media and streaming platform use within the Jurisdiction of the Twin Cities Code. Internet, traditional digital/new media/social media and streaming platform uses are restricted as per Section 6 below.
