SEVERANCE PAY FOR DISPLACED EMPLOYEES. If, by reason of any changes in operating methods, the Board will be unable to provide work for displaced Employees, the displaced Employee shall receive thirty (30) days notice and severance pay of one month's pay at the regular rate of the position last occupied in addition to all other benefits which the Employee may be entitled to under the contract.
