S.F. General Hospital. 616. San Francisco General Hospital Medical Center will comply with Title 22 Staffing regulations as amended. 617. As of May 1, 2016, Title 22 California Code of Regulations, Division 5, Chapter 1, Article 3, Section 70217(r) states: The hospital shall plan for routine fluctuations in patient census. If a healthcare emergency causes a change in the number of patients on any unit, the hospital must demonstrate that prompt efforts were made to maintain required staffing levels. A healthcare emergency is defined for this purpose as an unpredictable or unavoidable occurrence at unscheduled or unpredictable intervals relating to healthcare delivery requiring immediate medical intervention and care.

S.F. General Hospital. 534. San Francisco General Hospital Medical Center will meet or exceed standards prevailing in the community. This commitment outlines the average number of health care provider hours per patient per day (HPPD) necessary in the various clinical units to maintain needed nurse to patient care levels.
S.F. General Hospital. 572. San Francisco General Hospital Medical Center will comply with meet or exceed standards prevailing in the community Title 22 Staffing regulations. Until such time as the new hospital is operational the following staffing system will remain in place. In the fall of 2015, the parties will begin meeting at SFGH to establish revised staffing targets for operations transferring to the new facility.

  • Medical Care The Parents must comply with the School Welfare Officer's recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to his / her education guardian when s/he is unwell.

  • Extended Health Care The Hospital shall contribute on behalf of each eligible employee seventy-five percent (75%) of the billed premium under the Extended Health Care Plan (Liberty Health $15-25 deductible plan including hearing aids with a maximum of $300.00 per person and vision care with a maximum of $150.00 every 24 months per person, or its equivalent) provided the balance of the monthly premium is paid by employees through payroll deduction. Any Hospital currently paying more than 75% of the premium shall continue to do so. The drug formulary shall be as defined by Liberty Health Formulary Three.

  • Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) System The CMBHS is the official record of documentation by System Agency. Grantee shall:

  • Extended Health Care Plan (a) The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable Extended Health Care Plan.

  • Emergency Medical Care a. How to appropriately use Emergency Services and facilities, including a description of the services offered by the Member Services Call Center;

  • Hospital Any institution which is legally licensed as a medical or surgical facility in the country in which it is located, which is a) primarily engaged in providing diagnostic and therapeutic facilities for clinical and surgical diagnosis, treatment and care of injured and sick persons by or under the supervision of a staff of physicians; and b) not a place of rest, a place for the aged or nursing or convalescent home or institution or a long term care facility.

  • Extended Health Plan (a) The Employer will pay 100% of the monthly premiums for the extended health care plan that will cover the employee, their spouse and dependent children, provided they are not enrolled in another plan.

  • Health Services At the time of employment and subject to (b) above, full credit for registered professional nursing experience in a school program shall be given. Full credit for registered professional nursing experience may be given, subject to approval by the Human Resources Division. Non-degree nurses shall be placed on the BA Track of the Teachers Salary Schedule and shall be ineligible for movement to any other track.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.
