(b) By mutual agreement between an employee and their supervisor, an employee may work twotwo (2) or more consecutive cycles on the night shift. (c) Supervisory personnel (Nurse Level 7 and 9) on their own initiative and with agreement from local management may reduce or increase their shift cycle lengths.
