Shift Pay. An employee who is scheduled to work not less than four (4) hours of the employee’s regular work shift during the evening (swing) shift or night (graveyard) shift shall receive the following shift premiums for all scheduled hours worked during such shift: Effective December 30, 2015 SWING SHIFT $.75 per hour

Employees who miss an assigned shift for which they would have received a shift premium, shall be entitled to use sick leave as provided in Section 10.16 of this Agreement.
