Eligibility Limitations. 1. To be considered for this retirement longevity benefit, the teacher must:
a. have completed a minimum of fifteen (15) years of full-time District teaching service upon the teacher’s date of retirement.
b. be at least age 55 upon retirement from the District, and apply for retirement under the Teachers’ Retirement System (TRS).
c. submit an irrevocable letter of intent to retire to the Superintendent no later than June 1st of the school year prior to the school year in which the teacher may receive a longevity payment as provided in Paragraph B.1 of this Article. Each teacher must sign an Agreement confirming their eligibility for this retirement longevity payment, acknowledging that their retirement notice is irrevocable, and agreeing to reimburse the District for the retirement longevity payment if they fail to comply with the contractual requirements for the longevity payment as provided in subparagraph d below.
d. Any teacher who initially submits a letter of intent to retire and elects to receive a longevity payment, but later elects to retire prior to their specified retirement date, will be obligated to reimburse the District for the longevity payment the District paid to the teacher provided, however, that the repayment obligation will not apply if the teacher’s change in retirement date is a result of circumstances not within the reasonable control of the teacher, including, but not limited to, permanent disability, death, serious health condition of the teacher or serious health condition of another individual which requires the care of the teacher, or spouse’s relocation. The teacher will not be responsible for repayment of the longevity payment if the teacher’s change in retirement date does not result in the District incurring a TRS monetary penalty payment obligation based upon either the teacher’s ERO retirement or the teacher’s creditable earnings increase in excess of the TRS 6.0% annual limit. If the teacher’s change in retirement results in either an ERO or 6.0% earnings limit TRS penalty payment obligation, the teacher will be responsible to repay the District the amount of the longevity payment which exceeds the salary increase the teacher otherwise would have received under Article XIV.
A. The longevity payment received by the teacher in excess of the teacher’s salary increase will be deducted from the teacher’s regular salary paychecks, or repaid by the teacher pursuant to an installment payment schedule.

Unit employees, except those working the night shift in the Police Record Bureau on or after 4:00 a.m. and on or before 7:00 a.m., must work a minimum of four (4) hours within either shift or a combination of both shifts to be eligible to receive shift pay extra compensation as provided for in this section.
2. In the Police and Fire Departments, only unit employees in the classifications of Community Service Officers, Office Specialist I, Office Specialist II, Senior Office Specialist, Office Services Specialist I, Office Services Specialist II, Senior Office Services Specialist, Police Records Specialist, Office Services Secretary, Office Services Secretary (Steno), Senior Forensic Specialist, Forensic Specialist, Police Services Officer, Public Safety Business Assistant I, Public Safety Business Assistant II, Public Safety Business Assistant III, Police Services Assistant, Police Support Services Specialist, and Police Records Shift Supervisor shall be entitled to receive the extra compensation provided for in this article.
3. Unit employees receiving compensation for overtime, standby, call back or Communications Assignment Pay or Police Custody Assignment Pay shall not be entitled to receive the shift pay extra compensation provided for in this section.
4. Unit employees in the classifications of Police Communications Operator Trainee, Police Communications Operator and Police Communications Shift Supervisor shall not be entitled to receive the shift pay extra compensation provided for in this section.
Eligibility Limitations. The provisions of this agreement pertain only to R.N. students beginning the R.N.-to-B.S.N./- M.S.N. program at SVSU.
Eligibility Limitations. The Avenues Houses, including 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, are limited to UCSF Students and UCSF Faculty. UCSF Students are not eligible for Mount Zion properties. In the event Tenant changes to or from UCSF Student status, they may be subject to reassignment, Section 40, or termination, Section 43.

Eligibility Limitations. The Reserve App is currently only available to individuals and institutions located in supported jurisdictions. Use of the Reserve App may have further eligibility requirements that will need to be verified prior to you registering a Reserve App Account and using certain parts of the Reserve App from time to time in order to continue your use of the Reserve App. Some functionality of the Reserve App may be limited to certain countries and/or certain users, at the sole discretion of the Company. Because we utilize a risk-based approach to our Anti-Money Laundering Program, we need to collect more and more information about you as the value of your Reserve App Account grows or your transaction amounts increase above certain thresholds. By accessing or using the Reserve App, you further represent and warrant that:
a) you are neither a Restricted Person nor a resident of a Restricted Territory (each as defined in Section 23 ).
b) you will not be using the Reserve App for any illegal activity, including, but not limited to, illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, blackmail, extortion, ransoming data, terrorism financing, other violent activities or any prohibited market practices.
c) if you are located in or are a citizen of Venezuela, you do not work in the petroleum, mining or gold industries, you do not currently work for the Venezuelan government, you are not conducting transactions where the source of funds involved the Petro cryptocurrency and you are not acting on behalf of anyone who would otherwise be prohibited from using the Reserve App. You also understand that there are additional representations and warranties made by you in Section 4 (Registration Process; Identity Verification) and Section 23 (Legal Compliance) and that any misrepresentation by you is a violation of this Agreement. Eligibility Limitations. You may not be eligible for these services if any of the following apply: • Your account is frozen for any reason including, but not limited to, fraud. • You have mishandled these services or your account. • You have defaulted on any agreement with the Credit Union including, but not limited to, an account agreement, or a loan agreement. • You have an invalid email address.
Eligibility Limitations. Eligibility and limitations of tenancy, if any, for this building have been predetermined and established by the attachment herein and Resident shall comply with such requirements.
Eligibility Limitations. Eligibility for holiday pay for holidays not worked under Section 13.5 above is subject to the following:
(a) For all employees except year-round employees: if the holiday falls on what would have been a regularly scheduled work day for the employee, and the employee worked the regularly scheduled work day prior to and the first scheduled work day following the holiday, unless absence on the work day prior to or the work day following the holiday was due to industrial accident, or bona fide illness, or other absence excused by the Employer.
(b) There shall be no pay for holidays not worked for either year-round or non year-round employees if the employee refused to work on the holiday when requested to do so without a legitimate reason for such refusal, or the employee is on unpaid leave of absence except that, employees who are on approved unpaid leave of absence due to injury, illness and industrial injury or illness shall be paid for all holidays for a period of twelve (12) months from the date such employee exhausts his/her sick leave benefits.
