Common use of Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Shift Premium. Effective July 1, 2021, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1400 to 0600. Effective July 1, 2022, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and fifteen cents ($1.15) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1400 to 0600. Effective July 1, 2023, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1400 to 0600.

Shift Premium. Effective July 1, 2021, an An employee shall be paid receive a shift premium of one dollar and seventy-five cents ($1.051.75) per hour for each hour all regular hours worked between the hours of 1400 to 1800 and 0600. Shift premium will not form part of the employee’s straight time hourly rate. Effective July April 1, 20212013, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and five cents ($1.05) 2.20 per hour for each hour worked which falls between the hours of 1400 to 0600. Shift Premium. Shift Premium. Effective July 1, 20212020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and ninety-five cents ($1.0595¢) per hour for each hour worked between 1500 hours and 0700 hours provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked in conjunction with the hours of 1400 to 0600. Effective July 1, 2022, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and fifteen cents ($1.15) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1400 to 0600. Effective July 1, 2023, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1400 to 0600day shift.
