Common use of Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Shift Premium. An employee who is scheduled to work for three (3) or more hours after 4.00 p.m. will be paid a shift premium of one dollar and seventy cents ($1.70) cents for all hours worked after 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Shift Premium. An Any employee who is scheduled working on a shift commencing prior to work for three (3) 6:45 a.m. or more hours terminating after 4.00 6:00 p.m. will be paid shall receive a shift premium of one dollar and seventy cents ($1.701.00) cents for all hours worked after 4:00 p.m., Monday dollar per hour in addition to Fridayhis or her regular rate of pay. Shift premiums shall not be subject to overtime rates.

Shift Premium. Shift premiums shall not be subject to the overtime provisions of this Collective Agreement.

Shift Premium. An employee who is scheduled to work for three (3) or more Employees working any shift, which begins between the hours after 4.00 of 12:00 p.m. will and 4:00 a.m. shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour. Effective the first payroll commencing after April 1, 2008, employees working any shift, which begins between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and seventy 4:00 a. m. shall be paid a shift premium of thirty-five cents ($1.70.35) cents for all hours worked after 4:00 p.m., Monday to Fridayper hour.

Shift Premium. Shift Premium. An employee who is scheduled to work for three (3) or more hours after 4.00 works between 7.00 p.m. will be paid and 6.00 a.m., Monday through Thursday, shall receive a shift premium of one dollar and seventy eighty cents ($1.70.80¢) cents per hour for all hours worked after 4:00 p.m.of work or portion thereof, Monday between 7.00 p.m. and 6.00 a.m. in addition to Fridayhis/her regular pay. Shift premium will not be subject to the overtime provisions as outlined in Article 29 - Overtime.

Shift Premium. (a) An employee who is scheduled required to work for three (3) or more hours after 4.00 p.m. will be paid a shift which ends after 6:00 P.M. shall receive a premium of one dollar and seventy fifty cents ($1.701.50) cents per hour for all hours worked after between 4:00 p.m., Monday P.M. and midnight. (b) An employee who is required to Friday.work a shift which starts before 6:00 A. M. shall receive a premium of three dollars and seventy-five cents ($3.75) per hour for all hours worked between midnight and 08:00 A.M.

Shift Premium. An employee who is scheduled working on a shift commencing prior to work for three (3) 6:00 a.m. or more hours terminating after 4.00 8:00 p.m. will be paid shall receive a shift premium of one dollar and seventy ten cents ($1.70)1.10) cents for all hours worked after 4:00 p.m., Monday per hour in addition to Fridaytheir regular rateof pay. Shift premiums will not apply to employees in the classification of Housekeeper. Shift premiums shall not be subject to overtime rates.

Shift Premium. An employee who is scheduled to work for three (3) Employees assigned and working on shifts commencing at or more hours after 4.00 3 p.m. will be paid shall receive a shift premium differential of one dollar and seventy cents twenty-five ($1.70.25) cents for all hours worked per hour in addition to their regular pay. Employees assigned to and working on shifts commencing at or after 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.11

Shift Premium. An Any employee who is scheduled to work for three (3) or more whose shift finishes between 2201 hours after 4.00 p.m. and 0815 hours will be paid receive a flat shift premium of one dollar five dollars and seventy fifty cents ($1.705.50) cents for all hours worked after 4:00 p.m., Monday to Fridayeach shift worked.

Shift Premium. An Where the Employer requires an employee who is scheduled to work for three (3) or more hours after 4.00 a shift between 12:01 a.m. Saturday to 11:59 p.m. will Sunday, employees shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and seventy cents ($1.701.00) cents for all hours worked after 4:00 p.m., Monday to Fridayper hour.

Shift Premium. An employee who is scheduled If the company desires to work for three (3) or more hours after 4.00 p.m. will put on shifts, other than the regular day shift, employees shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and seventy cents ($1.701.00) cents dollar per hour in addition to their regular hourly rate for all hours the time worked after 4:00 p.m.on such shift. Such shift premium shall not be payable, Monday however, whenever such employee(s) are entitled to Fridayovertime pay under the provisions of this Agreement.

Shift Premium. An Where the Employer requires an employee who is scheduled to work for three (3) or more hours after 4.00 p.m. will an overnight shift between 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, employees shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and seventy cents ($1.70) cents for all hours worked after 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday0.50/hour.

Shift Premium. An Any employee who is scheduled starting to work for three their normal work shift between the hours of 2:01 A.M. and 5:00 A.M. shall receive a premium of fifteen (3.15) or more hours after 4.00 p.m. will cents per hour; shifts starting between 1:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M. shall receive a premium of twenty (.20) cents per hour. Shift premiums shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and seventy cents ($1.70) cents for all hours worked after 4:00 p.m., Monday to Fridayin the above periods.

Shift Premium. An Any employee who is whose scheduled to work for three (3) or more shift falls between the hours after 4.00 p.m. will be paid of 01:01am and 2:59am shall receive a shift premium of one dollar and seventy cents ($1.701.00) cents dollar per hour for all hours worked after 4:00 p.m.on each such shift. It is understood that the shift premium is an integral part of the employee’s wage rate and therefore is payable for stats, Monday floaters, sick days, vacations, jury duty, bereavement and training. Overtime will not be applied to Fridaythe shift premium.

Shift Premium. 45:01 An employee who is scheduled to work for three (3) or more hours after 4.00 works between 7:00 p.m. will be paid and 6:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday, shall receive a shift premium of one dollar and seventy eighty cents ($1.70.80) cents per hour for all hours worked after 4:00 p.m.of work or portion thereof, Monday between 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. in addition to Fridayhis/her regular pay. 45:02 An employee who works between 7:00 p.m. Friday and 6:00 a.m. Saturday, and/or 7:00

Shift Premium. Shift premium shall not be paid if the employee’s hours of one dollar and seventy cents ($1.70) cents for all hours worked work before 6:00 A.M. or after 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday3:00 P.M. are overtime.

Shift Premium. ‌ 56:01 An employee who is scheduled required to work for three (3) a shift where half or more of the hours after 4.00 are worked between 6:00 p.m. will be paid and 6:00 a.m. shall receive a shift premium of one dollar and seventy fifty cents ($1.701.50) cents for all per hour or portion thereof. 56:02 An employee required to work a full shift of overtime on their day of rest or as a result of a call out shall receive the shift premium if half or more of the hours worked after 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.are between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.

Shift Premium. An employee who is scheduled to work for three (3) working on shifts, half or more of the hours after 4.00 of which are regularly scheduled between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., will be paid receive a shift premium of one dollar and seventy fifty cents ($1.701.50) cents per hour for all hours worked, including overtime hours, between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. The shift premium will not be paid for hours worked after between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
