Common use of Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Shift Premium. (a) Employees shall be paid a shift premium of $0.65 per hour for all scheduled hours worked on the afternoon shift where the majority of hours worked fall between 4:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. (b) Employees shall be paid a shift premium of $0.70 per hour for all scheduled hours worked on the night shift where the majority of hours worked fall between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 8:00 a.m.

Shift Premium. (a) Employees shall be paid a shift premium of fifty ($0.65 .50) per hour for all scheduled hours worked on the afternoon shift where the majority of hours worked fall between 4:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. (b) Employees shall be paid a shift premium of $0.70 per hour for all scheduled hours worked on the or night shift where the majority of hours worked fall outside the normal day shift and the work takes place between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) 1500 hours one day and 8:00 a.m.0700 hours the following day. Shift premium shall also be paid for the 1100 hours to 1900 hours shift from 1500 hours to 1900 hours.

Shift Premium. (a) Employees 14.01 All employees shall be paid a shift premium of $0.65 per hour for all scheduled hours worked on the afternoon shift where the majority of hours worked fall between 4:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m.p.m. (midnight). (b) Employees 14.02 All employees shall be paid a shift premium of $0.70 per hour for all scheduled hours worked on the night shift where the majority of hours worked fall between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 8:00 a.m.

Shift Premium. (a) Employees shall be paid working an afternoon shift which is defined as a shift in which the majority of the regularly scheduled hours fall between 16:00 hours and 24:00 hours, shall receive an hourly premium of $0.65 per hour for all scheduled hours worked on the afternoon 0.55. Shift Premium. (a) Employees who work the majority of their assigned shift from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. shall be paid a thirty-five cent ($.35) per hour shift premium of $0.65 per hour for all scheduled hours worked on the afternoon shift where the majority of hours worked fall between 4:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. (b) Employees shall be paid a shift premium of $0.70 per hour for all scheduled hours worked on the night shift where the majority of hours worked fall between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 8:00 a.m.effective July 1, 2006.

Shift Premium. Shift Premium. 18.01 Employees will be paid a shift premium of 85¢ per hour for any hours worked between the hours of 4:00 am and 6:00 am. An employee who works on the afternoon shift (a2:30-11 pm) Employees shall be paid a shift premium of $0.65 50¢ per hour for all scheduled hours worked on hour.
