Shifting Berths. All Vessels shall be furnished a berth at the Delivery Point in the order of their arrival, as determined by receipt of Notice of Readiness. However, BUYER shall have the right to have the Vessel shifted from one berth to another at the Delivery Point. When such shifting is done for the convenience of BUYER, BUYER shall pay all pilot, tug, and port expenses incurred in shifting the Vessel, and time consumed on account of such shifting shall count as used laytime. When such shifting is required due to the condition of the Vessel or its equipment, SELLER shall pay all expenses incurred in shifting the Vessel, and time consumed on account of such shifting shall not count as used laytime.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.
