Shifts definition

Shifts means the minimum number of hours a permit holder or driver operates a for-hire vehicle.
Shifts. ---“day shift” means a shift when any hours of work of the shift do not fall between the hours of 11 p.m. and 5 p.m.; “night shift” means a shift when any hours of work fall between the hours of 11 p.m. and 5 p.m.

  • No more than three (3) Additional Shifts per pay period will be assigned to an Employee before moving on to the next senior Employee.

Shifts means the shifts for operation of the Plant as part of the execution of the Services as defined in the Technical Workscope;
