Short Term Changes in Work. ‌ 1. Bargaining unit members may be directed to work on special projects or to assist with other work necessary for the operations of the District. The District has the right, at any time, to temporarily reassign or transfer employees, and/or temporarily assign additional/different job responsibilities. 2. A bargaining unit member who is directed to perform duties which are encompassed in a higher District classification, for a period of more than five (5) working days within a fifteen (15) calendar day period, shall receive an upward adjustment in his/her salary to reflect the assignment of duties outside the duties encompassed in the bargaining unit member’s classification. 3. Refer to Article G, 2b for pay differential.

  • Changes in Work A. Work Previously Submitted as Satisfactory. If the Engineer has submitted work in accordance with the terms of this contract but the State requests changes to the completed work or parts thereof which involve changes to the original scope of services or character of work under the contract, the Engineer shall make such revisions as requested and as directed by the State. This will be considered as additional work and paid for as specified under Article 4, Additional Work.
