Transfer Employees. An employee who is transferred within the State College System shall have his or her accrued sick leave transferred to the receiving College. Employees transferring as an employee from Nebraska State Government or the University of Nebraska System may be eligible to have sick leave hours transferred to the receiving College at the discretion of receiving College. Employees transferring to Nebraska State Government or the University of Nebraska System may be eligible to have sick leave hours transferred to the new employer at the discretion of the new employer.
Transfer Employees. Employees who transfer from nine (9) or ten (10) month positions to a twelve (12) month position shall be granted credit for years of service in their nine (9) or ten (10) month position for vacation earning purposes. Vacation accrual shall begin the first pay period after transfer. Example: An employee with twelve (12) years of prior service as a ten (10) month employee, shall accumulate one hundred-twenty (120) months of service credit towards vacation days (12 years x 10 months = 120 months). 120 months divided by 12 shall equal ten
Transfer Employees. Employees who transfer from nine (9)or ten (10) month positions to a twelve (12) month position shall be granted a minimum of two weeks vacation when 12 months of employment is reached with the District. Days will be awarded on a pro-rated basis until the employee reaches his/her anniversary date. Vacation days will then be awarded annually on the anniversary date of employment. This shall involve employees without interruption of full time status. Example: An employee with twelve (12) years of prior service as a ten (10) month employee, shall accumulate one hundred-twenty (120) months of service credit toward vacation days (12 years X 10 months = 120 months). 120 months divided by 12 shall equal ten (10) years of service credit equals four (4) weeks vacation.
Transfer Employees. As of the Contribution Date, Company will offer to ------------------ employ, on an at will basis (except for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, who will be employed by Company pursuant to employment agreements), all of the employees of Holdings. Company will offer to employ Holdings' employees at the same rates of compensation and otherwise on the same terms and conditions of employment, including, to the extent practicable, employee benefits, as exist with respect to such employees' employment by Holdings. Company's employees previously employed by Holdings will receive, to the extent practicable, credit for prior service with Holdings for eligibility and vesting purposes in any of Holdings' Benefit Programs and Company's employees who participated in any Holdings' Benefit Program immediately prior to their employment by Company will participate, to the extent practicable, immediately in Company's equivalent Benefit Program.

Following probation, a Hospital employee who has transferred into the bargaining unit from any position which is outside the bargaining unit shall have seniority recognized as of the date of entrance into the bargaining unit. Such employees will retain their Hospital service. Layoff and Recall will be conducted on the basis of bargaining unit seniority only.
Transfer Employees. The following provisions shall apply to any Transfer Employees:
3.1 In respect of all Transfer Employees, Purchaser shall or shall procure that the relevant member of Purchaser’s Group shall, as of the Effective Time:
3.1.1 employ, on terms and conditions which, when taken as a whole, are substantially equivalent to his or her contract of employment immediately prior to the Effective Time; and
3.1.2 count his or her period of continuous service with Seller’s Group as continuous service with Purchaser’s Group for eligibility, vesting, vacation, and severance purposes only.
3.2 Purchaser shall or shall procure that the relevant member of Purchaser’s Group shall annotate the personnel and other employment records of each Transfer Employee, and notify benefit providers and other relevant agencies and organisations of its employment of the Transfer Employees on the terms set out in Paragraph 3.1, as required by the Law and practice of the jurisdiction in which such Employees are employed immediately prior to the Effective Time.
3.3 Subject to Closing, Purchaser shall be responsible for and indemnify, defend and hold harmless Seller and each member of Seller’s Group which employs any Transfer Employee from and against any and all Employment Costs and Employment Liabilities arising in respect of any Transfer Employee after the Effective Time.
3.4 Prior to the Effective Time, Seller shall not amend any contract of employment for a Non-Transfer Employee, except in the ordinary course of business or as required by Law.
Transfer Employees. ▇▇▇▇ is available to transfer employees who need to use up to 40 hours of leave without pay for emergency and/or uncontrollable events such as, doctor’s appointments, fam- ily events (weddings, funerals not qualifying under bereavement leave) or school obligations/events for either yourself or your child(ren). The request for transfer employees will be reviewed by the Site Management and the respective Human Resources Depart- ment. Supervisors are not allowed to approve this type of leave. Transfer employees requesting leave prior to receiving their alloca- tion of paid time will be given preference over new employees to the contract. The reason for the request must be clearly printed on the Leave Request Form.
Transfer Employees. 16.1 It is the intention of the parties that upon a completion the contracts of employment of all Transfer Employees will have effect after Completion as if originally made between the relevant Transfer Employee Transferee and the Transfer Employees. Accordingly, it is agreed that:
(a) where local employment laws provide for the automatic transfer of any Transfer Employee upon the acquisition (by way of assets and not shares) of a CONFORMED COPY local business unit of the SF Business, the employment of such Transfer Employee shall not be terminated upon Completion and the relevant Transfer Employee Transferor's rights, powers, duties, liabilities and obligations to or in respect of such Transfer Employee's contract of employment immediately before Completion shall in relation to each such Transfer Employee be transferred to the relevant Transfer Employee Transferee in accordance with those local employment laws; and
(b) where local employment laws do not provide for automatic transfer of any Transfer Employee, the relevant Transfer Employee Transferee shall make an offer of employment to the Transfer Employees on terms and conditions (excluding Retirement Benefits which shall be dealt with in accordance with 0 (Pensions) of this Agreement) which are no less favourable, taken as a whole, than those applicable to such Transfer Employee immediately prior to Completion. If a Transfer Employee accepts such an offer of employment, the Vendor will procure his release from his employment with the relevant Transfer Employee Transferor with effect from Completion or the local closing.
16.2 If, following Completion, any person not designated as a Transfer Employee reasonably asserts or establishes that his employment has effect as if originally made between the relevant Transfer Employee Transferee and that person (an UNDISCLOSED EMPLOYEE), the Purchaser shall notify Vendor as soon as is reasonably practicable and in any event before the end of the month following Completion. The Vendor may (but shall not be obliged to) then procure an offer of employment to that person within 14 days of that notification and that person shall have 14 days to accept or decline that offer of employment.
