During the last 360 days of the Term (or at any time when Tenant is in default), Landlord, subject to the rights of any subtenant not affiliated with Tenant, may show the Premises to prospective tenants or purchasers at such reasonable times during normal business hours as Landlord may select upon one Business Days prior notice to Tenant, provided that Landlord does not materially interfere with Tenant's normal business operations.
SHOWING. During the one year period preceding the date on which the Term of this Lease shall terminate or fully expire, Landlord may show the Leased Property or any part thereof to prospective tenants or purchasers at such reasonable times during normal business hours as Landlord may select upon reasonable prior notice to Tenant. The foregoing shall not apply to Vacated Properties.
