Common use of Sick Leave Allowance Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Allowance. (a) A Regular Employee who has worked for the Employer for at least two (2) consecutive years shall commence to accumulate sick leave at the rate of one (1) day per month to a maximum of six (6) days per calendar year.
