Common use of Sick Leave and Personal Days Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave and Personal Days. The Business Administrator/Board Secretary shall receive no less than twelve (12) sick days leave annually. The unused portion of sick days, at the end of any year, shall be cumulative in accordance with the provisions of Title 18A-30.7. The Business Administrator/Board Secretary is granted (3) personal days each year. If any personal days are unused at the end of the year, they shall convert to sick days for the following year.

Upon retirement, the Board shall pay her up to $15,000 for all accumulated, accrued, unused sick days, whichever sum is greater.
