Sick Leave Attendance Incentive. There shall be an attendance incentive of $650 for full-time certified/licensed staff and full-time support service staff in the bargaining unit if they have perfect attendance (zero sick days). A. A staff member’s current eligibility for attendance incentive will be determined at the end of June. Attendance incentive pay will be paid on the last check in July and will not be subject to any retirement contribution. B. A year for purposes of this section shall be calculated as July 1 – June 30.
