Sick Leave Bank Administration. The Sick Leave Bank shall be administered by a committee of five (5), two of which shall be appointed by the president of the Association, two by the Superintendent, and one by mutual agreement of the Association and the Superintendent. 2.10.1 Each committee person shall be appointed for a two (2) year period and may be reappointed to succeed himself/herself; however, in the first year, one Association appointment and one Superintendent's appointment shall be for only one year. 2.10.2 The Superintendent shall promptly schedule a meeting of the committee when a request for use of the bank is received. Special meetings may be called at the request of any committee member. 2.10.3 At the first meeting each year, the entire membership of the committee shall select one member to act as chairperson for the duration of the year. Any official action of the committee shall require a majority vote for approval.
