Common use of Sick Leave Credits Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Credits. An Employee absent from duty due to the contracting of Tuberculosis under circumstances above, shall not have such absence charged against sick leave allowed under Article 12, except as provided under Article 23.11(b).
