Common use of Sick Leave Credits Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Credits. (a) An employee other than an employee on retiring leave, leave of absence without pay or under suspension shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of 4.33 hours bi-weekly (prorated for partial bi-weekly periods).
