Signs and Directory. The Tenant covenants not to permit, paint, display, inscribe, place or affix any sign, symbol, notice or lettering of any kind anywhere outside the Leased Premises (whether on the outside or inside of the Building) or within the Leased Premises so as to be visible from the outside of the Leased Premises, with the exception only of an identification sign at or near the entrance to the Leased Premises and a directory listing in the main lobby of the Building, in each case containing only the name of the Tenant and to be subject to the approval of the Landlord as to size, location, content and design criteria as established by the Landlord. Such identification sign and directory listing shall be installed by the Landlord at the expense of the Tenant, which expense shall be the invoice cost plus 15% for an administration fee. The Landlord's acceptance of any name for listing upon the directory will not be deemed, nor will it substitute for the Landlord's consent if required by this Lease to any sublease, assignment or other occupancy of the Leased Premises.

Signs and Directory. Subject to the express provisions of Section 14 of Schedule “H” attached hereto, the Tenant covenants not to permit, paint, display, inscribe, place or affix any sign, symbol, notice or lettering of any kind anywhere outside the Leased Premises (whether on the outside or inside of the Building) or within the Leased Premises so as to be visible from the outside of the Leased Premises, with the exception only of a Building standard (text only, no graphic) identification sign at, on or near the main entrance to the Leased Premises and a directory listing in the main lobby of the Building, if such directory exists, in each case containing only the name of the Tenant. Such identification sign and directory listing shall be installed by the Landlord at the one-time expense of the Landlord Tenant, which expense shall be the invoice cost plus 15% for an administration fee. The Landlord’s acceptance of any name for listing upon the directory will not be deemed, nor will it substitute for the Landlord’s consent if required by this Lease to any sublease, assignment or other occupancy of the Leased Premises. All such signage and any additional signage permitted by the Landlord from time to time in its sole discretion shall comply with all Applicable Laws, including, without limitation, those pertaining to light pollution reduction and migrating bird safety programs. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Tenant shall be permitted to place signage (in a similar position and of a similar size as the current Target sign located behind reception in the lobby of the Building) identifying the Tenant in the lobby of the Building, provided that such signage shall comply with all Applicable Laws and shall be approved by the Landlord, acting reasonably, and otherwise subject to the provisions of Section 14 of Schedule “H” attached hereto.

Signs and Directory. 33.1 Tenant shall not, without the prior written consent of Landlord, place, construct or maintain any sign, advertisement, awning, banner or other decoration on or visible from, or otherwise use, the exterior or interior of the Premises (including, but not limited to, the outer surfaces of the exterior walls and doors of the Premises), any terraces, the roof of the Building, and the public and common areas of the Project. All door signs on the corridor doors of the Premises which lead to the common areas of the Project must conform to standards of the Project as to size, style, placement, color and number of included names, and other matters set forth in Section 40 below. 33.2 Landlord shall place, construct and maintain a directory(ies) to be located in the lobby of the Building and in such other locations, if any, as Landlord, in its sole discretion, may determine, which directory(ies) shall be for the display of the business names of tenants in the Building and their respective suite numbers, provided, however, that Tenant shall notify Landlord of the business names it desires to include on such directory and shall, upon demand by Landlord, pay the cost of directory sign strips bearing such Tenant's business name. Landlord shall have the sole right to determine and change from time to time the type of such directory(ies) and such sign and all common Project signage, including door signs and the contents thereof, including, but not limited to, size of letters, style, color and placement.

Signs and Directory. Landlord has an existing directory located upon the property. Tenant shall pay any costs associated with changing the directory to include Tenant's listing, but Tenant shall not be financially responsible for Tenant's initial listing. All signage through the Premises will be coordinated by the Landlord. Landlord will retain absolute discretion regarding signage. Any signage other than the aforementioned directory requested by Tenant and allowed by Landlord shall be at Tenant's expense.

Signs and Directory. The Tenant will not erect or place, or suffer to be erected or placed, or maintain any signs of any nature or kind whatsoever on the exterior walls of the Building, on or visible from the exterior through the windows of the Leased Premises, without first obtaining the Landlord's written approval and consent in each instance. The Landlord shall establish a directory in the main lobby of the Building and the Tenant may place its name in such directory at its expense in a design, standard lettering, size and location acceptable to the Landlord. The Landlord may specify standard lettering for signs on or outside the Leased Premises.
Signs and Directory. The Tenant shall not paint, display, inscribe, place or affix any television or radio antennae, sign, symbol, notice or lettering of any kind anywhere in or on the Building or within the Premises so as to be visible from the outside of the Premises, with the exception only of an identification sign on the entrance to the Premises and a directory listing in a directory to be supplied by the Landlord in the main lobby of the Building, both to be in the form, of the design, and in the location required by the Landlord in its design criteria, its rules and regulations or otherwise. Unless the Landlord consents to the inclusion of any other or additional name the Tenant shall be entitled to have included on such directory only the name of the Tenant. The Tenant shall be responsible for the cost of the installation of the said identification sign and the Landlord shall be responsible for the cost of the said directory listing.
