Site Environment. Buyer shall be responsible to ensure that Equipment is placed in a location that meets manufacturer’s requirements including space, electrical, and plumbing, and temperature requirements. Buyer specifically acknowledges ECS is not responsible for, and Buyer will provide code compliant backflow preventers, water shutoff(s), electrical disconnects and drains within six feet or less of the Equipment location.

Site Environment. The Customer may not move, disconnect, or alter components of the Product and equipment without prior notification to and approval of the Orion ECI Customer Care department. Any such action should be approved in advance and carried out in coordination with an Orion ECI certified integrator and in conjunction with Orion ECI tech support. The Customer shall maintain a clean, stable-operating environment for the Product, free of excessive humidity, dust, dirt and any other environmental concerns that could have an adverse effect. An annual preventative maintenance service is required to maximize the life cycle of your Product and to continue this MSA in place. Additional preventative maintenance is recommended for Products with a higher level of use. This will ensure the best possible user experience. A documented record of the preventative maintenance must be provided to Orion ECI to be kept on-file as part of the project history for the Product.

Site Environment. Customer shall be responsible to insure that Hardware and Software are placed in a location that meets manufacturer’s requirements (available on the KMBS website) including space, power, network, temperature and humidity. Electrical power must meet voltage, amperage and electrical noise level requirements. KMBS personnel will be granted reasonable and safe access to perform Services when required.
Site Environment. The Products are designed to operate within certain power, temperature, and humidity ranges as specified in the appropriate operating manual for the Products. Customer shall prepare and maintain the site in conformity with such specifications. Customer assumes all responsibility for any Product malfunction that occurs as a result of operation outside of such specifications, including, without limitation, the cost of repairing or replacing the malfunctioning Product.
