Site Investigation and Base Map Preparation. This task includes field site investigation and field surveying to obtain ties to surface improvements located onsite and offsite within limited areas of the watershed. We will establish horizontal and vertical control for the project to be utilized by the design team, contractor, and obtaining supplemental site topography required for the design. This does not include survey of any subsurface facilities other than wastewater and storm sewer. Existing underground structures or utilities not accessible will be obtained from record drawings and utility locating services. Halff will perform a Boundary Survey in accordance with the “Manual of Practice for Land Surveying in Texas”. County to provide title commitment and warranty deed if necessary. A base file will be developed from information gathered in the field to document the existing conditions and current state of the project site. We will utilize this base file to prepare our model and construction documents for the various disciplines needed for the park improvements.

Site Investigation and Base Map Preparation a. Conduct design and topographic surveys to be used for creating base maps for construction document preparation. This information shall be derived from data collected from on-the-ground surveys of the project phase site as well as GIS data if available and accurate. Only the Phase 1 area of the park, as denoted on the concept site plan included as Exhibit A, will be on-the-ground surveyed. The remaining park property will utilize electronically obtained topography such as LIDAR to be used for drainage and proper siting of park amenities.

  • Formal Investigation Once the matter has been brought to the attention of the Store executive, an internal investigation of the complaint will be conducted at which time the complainant will be requested to present, in writing, the particulars of the harassment. After all steps of the Harassment Protection Policy have been exhausted, if the incident has not been resolved to the satisfaction of the employee, the employee may file a grievance at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.

  • Compliance Investigations Upon City’s request, Contractor agrees to provide to City, within sixty calendar days, a truthful and complete list of the names of all subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers that Contractor has used in the past five years on any of its contracts that were undertaken within San Diego County, including the total dollar amount paid by Contractor for each subcontract or supply contract. Contractor further agrees to fully cooperate in any investigation conducted by City pursuant to City's Nondiscrimination in Contracting Ordinance. Contractor understands and agrees that violation of this clause shall be considered a material breach of the Contract and may result in Contract termination, debarment, and other sanctions.

  • Project Reports 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.
