Boundary Survey Sample Clauses
A Boundary Survey clause requires that a precise survey of the property's boundaries be conducted, typically by a licensed surveyor. This process involves measuring and mapping the land to establish the exact lines and corners of the property, often including the placement of physical markers and the creation of a detailed survey map. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear and accurate understanding of the property's limits, thereby preventing future disputes over property lines or encroachments.
