Site Visit and Conference. The Embassy will arrange for a site visit and conference on March 15, 2023 at 10:00 am. Site Visit and Conference. 2.12.1. The Company reserves the right to hold a conference and/or a site visit ("Conference" and “Site Visit”, respectively).
2.12.2. Participation of the Participant in the Conference and/or in the site visit shall not be mandatory.

(Authorized Representative). Only the written minutes issued by the Company at the end of the Conference in the form of an Addendum shall be binding. The Company shall not be bound by, and Participants shall not rely on, any oral representation made by the Company or by Participants during the Conference.
