Site Visit and Conference. The Embassy will arrange for a site visit and conference on Sunday, 10 January 2016 at 15:00 hours. Site Visit and Conference. 2.12.1. The Company reserves the right to hold a conference and/or a site visit ("Conference" and “Site Visit”, respectively). 2.12.2. Participation of the Participant in the Conference and/or in the site visit shall not be mandatory. 2.12.3.
