Any token balance that you stake on blockchain may be diminished or lost based on operation of the blockchain, such as, for example, if penalties or slashing are incurred. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent the occurrence of any slashing event, but we do not guarantee that slashing will not occur. To the extent that there are slashing or other penalties imposed resulting directly and solely from actions taken by PancakeSwap Cake DeFi that impact you, PancakeSwap Cake DeFi may, in its sole discretion, provide a refund up to the amount of the Services Fee.
