Sleep Period. It is the Parties’ intention to provide unit members an uninterrupted sleep period each night of the trip. If a sleeping period is interrupted by a call to duty, the time of the interruption shall be compensated as call back time consistent with Article 5, Hours, Overtime, and Work Year.

Sleep Period. Employee also agrees that if the sleeping period is interrupted due to a call to duty, the interruption will be counted as hours worked. Employee shall arrange his or her time to carry out assigned duties and to provide the opportunity for not less than six (6) uninterrupted hours of sleep each twenty four (24) hours, except for emergencies affecting health or safety.
Sleep Period. It is the District’s intention to provide the unit member an unpaid eight (8) hour sleep period each day. If the unit member’s eight (8) hour sleeping period is interrupted by a call to duty, the time of the interruption will be counted as hours worked. If the eight (8) hour sleeping period is interrupted to such an extent that the unit member cannot obtain at least five (5) hours or sleep during the scheduled period, the entire eight (8) hour sleep period will be recorded as working time.

If an uninterrupted sleeping period is not guaranteed, then the unit member shall be on-call and compensated at the appropriate hourly rate, which may include overtime in accordance with the applicable sections of Article 4.

In the event of any insured damage or destruction, Redeveloper agrees to use its good faith efforts to commence restoration of the Private Improvements to its prior condition within nine (9) months from the date of the damage or destruction, and shall diligently pursue the same to completion.

  • Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.

  • In the Event of Forecasted Surpluses If the HSP is forecasting a surplus, the LHIN may adjust the amount of Funding to be paid under Schedule B, require the repayment of excess Funding and/or adjust the amount of any future funding installments accordingly.

  • Non-Paid Status During Treatment After Positive Test The employee will be in a non-pay status during any absence for evaluation or treatment, while participating in a rehabilitation program.
