Smart Plant Instrumentation Sample Clauses

Smart Plant Instrumentation. One database based on Intergraph Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) shall be developed and maintained for the RRE project by each EPC CONTRACTOR. This shall include database for packages. SPI shall be utilized to generate the following deliverables: Instrument Index Instrument Datasheets ICS and subsystem I/O counts Instrument Interconnection Wiring Diagrams Instrument Loop Diagrams Instrument Segment Diagrams Instrument Index population shall be based on CONTRACTOR detailed design P&IDs and on Bubble Loop representations as defined in Project Guide for Short Form Instrument P&ID Loop Representations 5578-TEC-IU-003. These shall be further developed and expanded as necessary during EPC execution phase. The Instrument Index shall include all instruments as defined on Process, Utility, Auxiliary and Licensor P&IDs, as well as requirements from Vendor Packages. Upon completion of RRE project the electronic SPI database shall be supplied to COMPANY as a Watcom file. SPI Version to be used will be confirmed by COMPANY during the detail engineering phase. The O&Us EPC shall be responsible for the co-ordination of SPI throughout the project. Population of SPI shall be inline with INTools Implementation guide 5578-TEC-IU-002. In addition to the fields populated during FEED phase of the RRE project, the following additional fields shall be populated as a minimum by CONTRACTORS during detailed design phase: Signal Type (Voltage free, pulse, 120 VAC, 24 VDC) Valve Control action (direct/reverse) Parallel area (to avoid parallel equipment being allocated to same I/O card) FF Segment no. Valve Criticality for allocation to FF segments Long/Short format Service Description Alarm and Trip Setpoints Alarm Priorities Instrument Engineering Units and Range Signals that shall be Redundant (e.g. DCS AO) Instrument Manufacturer Instrument Model no. Transducer range (for calibration of transmitters by vendor, generally required for D/P level transmitters) MR no. ILD/ISD drawing no. Instrument Location drawing no. Instrument mounting detail drawing no. Instrument Hook up drawing no. The data transfer between CONTRACTOR and ICV shall be carried out in two major stages, the hardware freeze stage and the software freeze stage. During detailed design the O&Us CONTRACTOR shall finalize the required fields to be populated for hardware and software freeze. The O&Us CONTRACTOR shall also be responsible for definition of SPI data exchange process with ICV. The data exchange process shall ...

Wholesale Market Participant shall demonstrate the occurrence of each of the foregoing milestones to Transmission Provider’s reasonable satisfaction. Transmission Provider may reasonably extend any such milestone dates, in the event of delays that Wholesale Market Participant (i) did not cause and (ii) could not have remedied through the exercise of due diligence. If (i) the Wholesale Market Participant suspends work pursuant to a suspension provision contained in an interconnection and/or construction agreement with the Transmission Owner or (ii) the Transmission Owner extends the date by which Wholesale Market Participant must enter into an interconnection agreement relative to this WMPA, and (iii) the Wholesale Market Participant has not made a wholesale sale under this WMPA, the Wholesale Market Participant may suspend this WMPA by notifying the Transmission Provider and the Transmission Owner in writing that it wishes to suspend this WMPA, with the condition that, notwithstanding such suspension, the Transmission System shall be left in a safe and reliable condition in accordance with Good Utility Practice and Transmission Provider’s safety and reliability criteria. Wholesale Market Participant’s notice of suspension shall include an estimated duration of the suspension period and other information related to the suspension. Pursuant to this section 3.1, Wholesale Market Participant may request one or more suspensions of work under this WMPA for a cumulative period of up to a maximum of three years. If, however, the suspension will result in a Material Modification as defined in Part I, Section 1.18A.02 of the Tariff, then such suspension period shall be no greater than one (1) year. If the Wholesale Market Participant suspends this WMPA pursuant to this Section 3.1 and has not provided written notice that it will exit such suspension on or before the expiration of the suspension period described herein, this WMPA shall be deemed terminated as of the end of such suspension period. The suspension time shall begin on the date the suspension is requested or on the date of the Wholesale Market Participant’s written notice of suspension to Transmission Provider, if no effective date was specified.
