SOAR Fund. The Company shall contribute to the Union the sum of one cent ($.01) per hour for each hour worked for the SOAR Fund. (Steelworkers Organization of Active Retirees). X0X 3A6 and shall be remitted to the Union on an annual basis February 1st and the Employer shall provide necessary information regarding amounts paid for each employee.
