Common use of SOAR Fund Clause in Contracts

SOAR Fund. The Company shall contribute to the Union the sum of one cent ($.01) per hour for each hour worked for the SOAR Fund. (Steelworkers Organization of Active Retirees). The money shall be made payable to Local Union 2009 SOAR Fund, #202 – 0000 – 000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, X.X. X0X 3A6 and shall be remitted to the Union on an annual basis February 1st and the Employer shall provide necessary information regarding amounts paid for each employee.

SOAR Fund. The Company shall contribute to the Union the sum of one cent twenty dollars ($.0120.00) per hour for each hour employee who has worked 1200 hours or more in the calendar year, for the SOAR Fund. fund (Steelworkers Organization of Active Retirees). X0X 3A6 B.C. and shall be remitted to by the Union on an annual basis February 1st 31st day of December each year commencing December 31, 2001, and the Employer shall provide the necessary information regarding amounts paid for each employee.
