Software Project Support. 3.1.2.3.1 The contractor shall support software engineering activities performed by the NAWCWD IPTs for NAWCWD as specified at the task order level for NAWCWD supported aircraft and airborne and related projects. 3.1.2.3.2 The contractor shall support software design, development, validation, test, acceptance, operation, maintenance, and modification of aircraft weapon systems and associated subsystems software, including mission support and related systems as specified at the task order level. (CDRLs A00Y and A014) 3.1.2.3.3 The contractor shall support other software project activities such as: product assurance (Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and Software Configuration Management (SCM)); database design, development, and maintenance; metrics collection, analysis, and reporting; and process improvement. The contractor shall provide data entry, data verification, and data maintenance on existing database systems. 3.1.2.3.4 The contractor shall support product reviews and testing during the various project phases, including the following typical services: the conduct of traceability analyses; standards compliance reviews; the performance of peer reviews; escort of review attendees within NAWCWD secure areas, and the planning, preparation, and conduct of system/subsystem testing.   • PRODUCT SUPPORT Partners may provide support for Products and other value-added services, and Partner is responsible for the performance of any services it provides. If Customer purchases Microsoft Support Services through a Partner, Microsoft will be responsible for the performance of those services subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • Software Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite Subscription Services for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite are available for Development Purposes only.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Research Support (a) Having regard to the resources reasonably available for such purposes, the Operator will cooperate with AHS to provide such participation by its Staff as may be reasonable in relation to the carrying out of research within the Province. (b) The Operator agrees to promptly notify AHS in the event that it undertakes or agrees to participate in any form of clinical trial, research project, instrument use, or similar activity which in any way relates to the Services provided under this Agreement. The Operator shall, upon request, provide AHS with written evidence of Client disclosure and consent to research.

  • Software Support During the Term, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide all Software updates and qualified Software upgrades in accordance with the terms of the Service Contract as such materials become commercially available for distribution. Purchaser’s use of all Software, updates, and upgrades of Software shall be subject to this Agreement, the Original Terms, and the applicable XXXX.

  • Software Products Save as otherwise set forth in the Agreement, the right to use any Software Product is personal to the Licensee, for its own internal use, and is non-transferable, except with the Licensor’s prior written consent, in which case the Licensee shall cause the assignee or sub-licensee to agree to the terms of this Software License.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Software Development Software designs, prototypes, and all documentation for the final designs developed under this agreement must be made fully transferable upon direction of NSF. NSF may make the software design, prototype, and documentation for the final design available to competitors for review during any anticipated re-competition of the project.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.
