Sole Employment. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 2(b) below, Executive agrees to devote his full time during the customary business hours of the Company and give his best efforts to the business of the Company and, during the period of his employment by the Company, Executive shall not engage in any manner, whether as an officer, employee, owner, partner, stockholder, director, consultant or otherwise -- directly or indirectly -- in any business other than on behalf of the Company without the prior written approval of the Board of Directors of Summit Properties Inc., and Executive shall not accept any other employment whatsoever from any other person, firm, corporation or entity.
Sole Employment. (a) Provider’s employment to perform Services pursuant to this Agreement shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the clinical efforts of Provider and shall be Provider’s only engagement or employment to perform medical services. Provider will not perform any medically-related or clinical services or activities of any type, with or without remuneration, whether as principal, employee, or independent contractor, for any third party without the prior written consent of UCP. This Section 5(a) shall not prohibit Provider from performing those services associated with his or her faculty appointment or staff position with the College.
Sole Employment. The Employee shall not, during the term of his employment hereunder, be engaged in any other business activity pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage if such activity interferes with Employee's duties and responsibilities hereunder. This shall not, however, be construed as prohibiting the Employee from engaging in other activities and making personal investments which do not conflict with his responsibilities to the Company.
Sole Employment. Employee agrees to devote Employee's full time during the customary business hours of the Company and give Employee's best efforts to the business of the Company and, during the period of Employee's employment by the Company, Employee shall not engage in any manner, whether as an officer, employee, owner, partner, stockholder, director, consultant or otherwise -- directly or indirectly -- in any business other than as provided for herein without the prior written approval of the President of the Company, and shall not accept any other employment whatsoever from any other person, firm, corporation or entity; provided, however, that Employee may acquire an interest in a business entity so long as such interest is a passive investment of Employee not exceeding ten percent (10%) of the total ownership interest in such entity.
Sole Employment. During the Term of this Agreement, Employee shall not, --------------- except as set forth herein, be engaged in any other business activity whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain, profit, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee may, however, invest his assets in such form or manner as will not require his services in the operation of the affairs of the companies in which such investments are made.
Sole Employment. Employee agrees that his employment by the Company as set forth herein shall be his sole employment and he shall not perform any advisory, or in any other capacity, work for any other individual, firm or company, other than the Company and Ty-Breakers, without the prior written consent of the Company. Employee shall devote all of his business time and attention to the Company's and/or Ty-Breakers's business and affairs.
Sole Employment. During the Employment Period, Employee shall devote Employee’s full business time, energy, ability, attention and skill to Employee’s employment hereunder. Employee agrees that, during the Employment Period, Employee will not provide services as an employee, consultant, independent contractor or otherwise to any individual or entity without the written consent of the Company. Employee acknowledges that the Company operates a website on which it streams the broadcasts of the Station as well as video and other Station-related content, and Employee is not entitled to any additional compensation as a result. Employee agrees not to own, operate, or maintain, either directly or indirectly, any website that (i) distributes or re-creates any content (including pictures or narrative) that has been on the Station’s website; (ii) distributes or re-creates any content of the Station’s on-air broadcasts; or (iii) advertises the goods or services of any of the Station’s past or present clients or any client that might reasonably be considered a potential client of the Station.
Sole Employment. During his employment, Executive shall devote his full energies, interest, abilities and productive time to the performance of this Agreement and shall not, without express written Board approval, render to others services of any kind for compensation, or engage in other business activity that would materially interfere with the performance of his duties under this Agreement.
Sole Employment. Employee agrees to be solely employed by SOC during the Term and that Employee will not serve as an employee of any type, of any other Company without the expressed written consent of the Board.
Sole Employment. During the Employment Period, Executive shall devote Executive’s full business time, energy, ability, attention and skill to Executive’s employment hereunder. Executive agrees that, during the Employment Period, Executive will not provide services as an employee, consultant, independent contractor or otherwise to any individual or entity without the written consent of the Company. Moreover, during the Employment Period, Executive shall not serve on any board of (or otherwise participate in or provide services to) any for-profit enterprise, and shall only be permitted to serve on the board (or otherwise participate in or provide services to), a non-profit enterprise with the prior written approval of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, which shall be given or withheld in such individual’s sole discretion.
