Sole Employment. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 2(b) below, Executive agrees to devote his full time during the customary business hours of the Company and give his best efforts to the business of the Company and, during the period of his employment by the Company, Executive shall not engage in any manner, whether as an officer, employee, owner, partner, stockholder, director, consultant or otherwise -- directly or indirectly -- in any business other than on behalf of the Company without the prior written approval of the Board of Directors of Summit Properties Inc., and Executive shall not accept any other employment whatsoever from any other person, firm, corporation or entity.

Sole Employment. The Employee shall not, during the term of his employment hereunder, be engaged in any other business activity pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage if such activity interferes with Employee's duties and responsibilities hereunder. This shall not, however, be construed as prohibiting the Employee from engaging in other activities and making personal investments which do not conflict with his responsibilities to the Company.
Sole Employment. (a) Provider’s employment to perform Services pursuant to this Agreement shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the clinical efforts of Provider and shall be Provider’s only engagement or employment to perform medical services. Provider will not perform any medically-related or clinical services or activities of any type, with or without remuneration, whether as principal, employee, or independent contractor, for any third party without the prior written consent of UCP. This Section 5(a) shall not prohibit Provider from performing those services associated with his or her faculty appointment or staff position with the College. (b) For Providers who are part-time employees of UCP, all medically-related or clinical services and activities that fall outside of Provider’s employment with UCP must be approved in writing by the Chair of the UCP Department to which Provider is assigned.

Sole Employment. During the Term of this Agreement, Employee shall not, except as set forth herein, be engaged in any other business activity whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain, profit, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee may, however, invest his assets in such form or manner as will not require his services in the operation of the affairs of the companies in which such investments are made.

Employee agrees not to own, operate, or maintain, either directly or indirectly, any website that (i) distributes or re-creates any content (including pictures or narrative) that has been on the Station’s website; (ii) distributes or re-creates any content of the Station’s on-air broadcasts; or (iii) advertises the goods or services of any of the Station’s past or present clients or any client that might reasonably be considered a potential client of the Station.
