Southern State Community College. Communicate admission criteria to the pathway defined in this agreement to ensure students' success. • Deliver the agreed upon courses (toward the both the Associates and Baccalaureate) defined in the attached academic plan. • Complete all assessment reports needed by UC-SoIT to maintain ABET accreditation (xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx) • Assist in promoting and marketing the pathway. • Collaborate with UC-SoIT faculty and staff to ensure consistency. • Exercise good faith effort to ensure the success of the pathway. • Provide academic advising to students in a collaborative effort to ensure associate degree completion and the transfer of students to the UC-SoIT BSIT program. • Appoint a contact person for the Program. • Make space available at its Southern State Community College 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX for UC to provide out of class meetings and activities in connection with the Program. The program coordinators from both Parties will meet at least once per year to review the progress of the Agreement and recommend actions to their program directors. Any modification to this Agreement shall not be valid unless made in writing and signed by both Parties.

Southern State Community College and the University of Cincinnati will work together to maximize the acceptance and application of transfer credit. Program specific Advising Guides supporting this institutional agreement will outline selective admission requirements, course equivalencies, and other information affecting students who enroll in a particular academic program. These supplemental programmatic Advising Guides must be consistent with the tenets of this overarching institutional agreement. Students transferring credit outside of programmatic Advising Guides will have the application of transfer credit done on a course-by-course basis by the University of Cincinnati. Ultimately, the acceptance and application of transfer credit is the decision of the University of Cincinnati.
Southern State Community College and Otterbein University will work together to maximize the acceptance and application oftransfer credit. Program specific articulation agreements supporting this institutional agreement will outline selective admission requirements, course equivalencies, and other information affecting students who enroll in a particular academic program. These supplemental programmatic articulation arrangements must be consistent with the tenets of this overarching institutional agreement. Students transferring credit outside of programmatic articulation agreements will have the application of transfer credit done on a course-by-course basis by Otterbein University. Ultimately, the acceptance and application of transfer credit is the decision of Otterbein University.
Southern State Community College no exclusions Any program listed above as excluded may, by the joint written consent of the presidents of all four institutions, be included in this agreement. The University of Cincinnati agrees to accept at Ohio resident tuition rates any resident of Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, and Xxxxxxxxx Counties of Kentucky who enrolls and who satisfies all regular baccalaureate admissions requirements (including those requirements of the specific program in which admission is being sought) at the University of Cincinnati in the programs specifically included in this Agreement. The following baccalaureate degree programs at the University of Cincinnati which are included in this Agreement are the following: Architecture, Engineering, Honors PLUS (see provision below), Horticulture, Radiation Science, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, and Urban Planning. In conformance with the limitations set forth in the bulleted item below, admission to the Honors PLUS baccalaureate degree program in the College of Business, University of Cincinnati, is subject to the following provision: a. Reciprocity for the Honors PLUS program at the University of Cincinnati is limited to residents of the eligible Kentucky counties with a cap of fifty (50) students enrolled in courses at any one time. Miami University Xxxxxxxx and Miami University Middletown agree to accept at Ohio resident tuition rates any resident of Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, and Xxxxxxxxx Counties of Kentucky who enrolls and who satisfies all regular baccalaureate admissions requirements (including those requirements of the specific program in which admission is being sought) for all bachelor programs at Miami University Xxxxxxxx and Miami University Middletown.
Southern State Community College. In an effort to increase the college going rate and postsecondary opportunities in an underserved Appalachian region, this tuition reciprocity agreement is entered into between the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education, the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, the Chancellor of the Ohio Department of Higher Education, Ashland Community and Technical College, Maysville Community and Technical College, Morehead State University-Morehead, Xxxxxxxx State University-Ashland, Ohio University-Athens, Ohio University-Southern, Rio Grande Community College, Shawnee State University, and Southern State Community College pursuant to the provisions of Section 3333.17 of the Ohio Revised Code and in compliance with rules and procedures of the aforementioned parties.
