TRANSFER OF STUDENTS. Unless circumstances warrant an immediate transfer, upon 7 days written notice to the student, the landlord may transfer the student to an equally suitable apartment or room other than originally assigned for the purposes of consolidating students or other justifiable reasons. In all cases where the landlord transfers students for landlord’s own purposes, the landlord agrees to pay telephone transfer fees and nonrefundable utility hookup fees, if any, plus $40 per person to cover other costs of moving. Such amounts shall be offered, at the student's option, either as an immediate payment to the student or as a credit toward the next money obligation due landlord from student.
TRANSFER OF STUDENTS. No transfer of any student will be made from one teacher to another unless recommended by the principal. Students will not be transferred within a grading period without consultation with the teachers concerned.

TRANSFER OF STUDENTS. If a board no longer provides instruction to certain students because another school board assumes responsibility for the instruction, the regular teacher who provided the major portion of his or her teaching time to those students shall obligatorily follow his or her students to the board that assumes responsibility for the instruction if the school where such instruction is provided is situated 50 kilometres or less from the domicile or place of work of the teacher concerned. The number of transferred teachers shall be determined in proportion to the number of transferred students in relation to the total number of students concerned. In the case where more than one board receives the students, the teachers thus transferred shall be distributed among the boards concerned in the same proportion as the students. Teachers are entitled, where applicable, to the application of the provisions of clause 5-4.01. However, with the consent of the board that no longer provides the instruction, the teachers described in this clause may remain in the employ of that board provided that no teacher is nonreengaged or placed on availability because of surplus of personnel as a result of such consent. However, as of April 1 that follows the beginning of the school year during which the students referred to in this clause began their studies at the board which assumes responsibility for the instruction, the board may, in conformity with this article, invoke "staff excess" to nonreengage or place on availability, as the case may be, the teachers described in this clause, in accordance with this article. The board and the union may agree on different terms and conditions for applying this clause. 5-4.00 MEASURES DESIGNED TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF TEACHERS PLACED ON AVAILABILITY If a tenured teacher leaves his or her board to be engaged by another school board and this has the effect of actually reducing the number of teachers on availability in his or her board or in another school board, he or she shall transfer to the board his or her tenure, years of experience, seniority, bank of nonredeemable sick-leave days and shall be entitled to the transportation costs of furniture and personal belongings prescribed in Appendix III (clauses 3 and 4) under the conditions described therein.
TRANSFER OF STUDENTS. The Hospital will transfer Students of the University assigned to it for clinical training and experience to another hospital or site or clinical facility only in collaboration with and with approval of the appropriate Department Chair and Xxxx or their delegates. However, provided it informs the University, the Hospital may, at its discretion, assign Students to clinical training activities in community clinics for part of the Student’s rotation at the Hospital.

The primary consideration in transferring a student shall be the needs of the student. This paragraph does not apply to the creation or elimination of a class, or to changes during the first three weeks of school.

Students may not move to another apartment without prior written permission of the Landlord. The Student will be liable for any and all damages, costs, or fees that may result from their unau- thorized move. Damages are not limited to the Landlord, but also to other Students affected by the unauthorized move. It is the responsibility of the Student to know their assigned apartment. If Student leaves prior to end of tenancy or is not occupying the apartment, and if another Student tenant requests permission to occupy the space, the Landlord may assign the absent Student’s space to another equally suitable apartment within the property without paying the $40 moving fee. Any subsequent move does not remove Xxxxxxxx’s obligation to mitigate damages as required by law. Landlord must secure permission for the move from the original Student in 25. ACCESS CODES AND MAIL KEYS: Access codes must be kept confidential and not given to anyone. Sharing an access code is considered the same as making a duplicate key. If the Student shares the access code, they will be charged $15.00 to change the access code. $50.00 will be charged if Student tampers with the lock. Absolutely no duplicates of mail keys will be accepted. There is a $10.00 charge for each replacement key, $50.00 for replacement of the lock. No refunds of the replacement charges will be made if the key is found after the replacement lock has been installed or checkout has been completed. Any locks for bedroom doors must be approved and installed by Landlord. Student is required to pay the cost of installation. writing. 26. RESIDENT INFORMATION:
TRANSFER OF STUDENTS. Parents must notify the school one month in advance in writing in the case where a student is leaving the school. If a parent forfeits to do so, he will be responsible for the fees of that month as well. Failure to do so will lead to Clause 3,4,5,6 and 7 to coming into effect.
7.1 Results and transferring letters
TRANSFER OF STUDENTS. The Site may at its discretion assign Students of the University placed in it for training and experience among the Site’s own sites. If however it wishes to transfer a Student to another site or facility, it may do so only in collaboration with and with approval of the appropriate Department Chair and Xxxx or Director or their delegates.
