Speakers. The speakers, without foam and adhesive tape, shall be contained in a cylinder of 40 mm diameter and 12 mm thick for "S" marking or in a cylinder of 45 mm diameter and 12 mm thick for "S45" marking.

Speakers. At the Event, as a speaker, you agree to comply at all time with the code of conduct included hereunder. By accepting to be a speaker at the Event, you agree that SWIFT records your sessions and uses and distributes the video for commercial purposes as further specified under the photographs and videos section here above. SWIFT values and encourages freedom of expression. To maintain a right balance between such freedom of expression, and potential abuses, you agree to comply with the below rules when acting as a speaker or participating to a discussion or debate during the Event:

The policy of the Diocese of St. Augustine states that any speakers, presenter, retreat masters, etc., coming from outside of the Diocese of St. Augustine MUST send a Letter of Good Standing from their Diocese to the C hancellor’s office for approval PRIOR to the event. You will be provided with the contact information for the manager on duty on-site for your event unless other arrangements have been made in advance with the Pilgrimage Coordinator.
Speakers. Views expressed by speakers are their own. MFME cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to delegates. MFME is committed to protecting the delegate’s privacy and the confidentiality and security of the delegate’s personal information. The personal information the delegate/delegate organisation provides is necessary to process the delegate registration form which may include updating the delegate’s record and profile information. MFME may use the delegate’s personal information to contact the delegate about professional development and associated events, to conduct analysis or market research, to identify the ongoing needs of delegates, and to generally provide the delegate with information on services and benefits. Personal information provided by the delegate/delegate organisation may be disclosed to external organisations that MFME engage for certain business functions such as MFME’s mailing houses, printers, technology service providers and marketing and communications agencies. Delegate names and organisation names will be compiled onto delegate lists for each conference so that all attendees can see who is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. Registering and attending the conference does not grant the delegate/delegate organisation any right to use the conference’s name and/or any of its logos or registered trademarks. All the images, designs, photographs, written material, graphics, data, are property of MFME and are protected by copyright, registered trademark, trade secret or other property rights. When attending the conference, the delegate/delegate organisation accepts:

a. The speaker shall be of high quality flush mount ceiling speaker.
