The approval number shows that this approval concerns a helmet which has a lower face protective cover (P) and was granted in accordance with the requirements of UN Regulation No. 22 already incorporating the 06 series of amendments at the time of approval, that it can be fitted with a universal accessory having speakers and mounted in the front or in the side of the helmet and that its production serial number is 1952, Note: The approval number and the production serial number shall be placed close to the circle and either above or below the letter "E" or to the left or right of that letter. The digits of the approval number and of the production serial number shall be on the same side of the letter "E" and face the same direction. The use of Roman numerals as approval numbers should be avoided so as to prevent any confusion with other symbols." Insert a new Annex 2C, to read: "Annex 2C Example of the arrangement of the approval mark for a universal accessory (See paragraph 5.4.6. of this Regulation) The above approval mark affixed to a universal accessory shows that the universal accessory type has been approved in the Netherlands (E 4) under approval number 065413. The approval number shows that approval was granted in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation incorporating the 06 series of amendments at the time of approval, that its production batch is 1952 and that it is approved for Front mounting and has Microphone and Speakers.

Protective helmet. I understand that Xxxxxxxxx's Indoor Climbing offers the use of a protective helmet. I understand that wearing a helmet does not eliminate the risk of injury but may in some instances reduce the risk of permanent injury or death. I understand that Xxxxxxxxx’s Indoor Climbing recommends the use of a protective helmet. I expressly state that I am in good health and that I have no physical limitations which would preclude my safe use of CIC. I am at least 18 years of age and otherwise legally competent to sign to this agreement. This Safety Agreement shall be effective and binding upon me and upon my assigns, heirs, representatives, executors and administrators. (If under the age of 18, this release must be signed and filled out by the parent or legal guardian of the minor. In the event that I file a lawsuit against CIC, I agree to do so solely in the state of Massachusetts, and I further agree that the substantive law of that state shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules of that state. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is fount to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. Protective helmet instances reduce the risk of permanent injury or death. I understand that Xxxxxxxxx’s Indoor Climbing recommends the use of a protective helmet.

  • Protective Clothing 14.1 The Employer will be required to provide the following protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary, by employees during the performance of their required duties:

  • Protective The Hospital agrees to continue its present practices with respect to the provision of protective clothing and safety devices to employees, subject to the provision set out below with respect to safety footwear. The Hospital further agrees to meet directly with the representative of the Union or through the Accident Prevention Committee to discuss the need for any protective clothing or safety equipment in addition to that which the Hospital presently providing. Effective September and on that date for each subsequent year, the Hospital will provide (eighty dollars) per year to each full-time employee who is required by the Hospital to wear safety foot wear during the course of their duties.

  • Protective Footwear Effective January 1, 2002, and on that date for each subsequent calendar year, the Hospital will provide $80 per calendar year to each full-time and $45 per calendar year to each regular part-time employee who is required by the Hospital to wear safety footwear during the course of his duties. The employees who will be required to wear safety footwear will be negotiated locally and set out in the Local Provisions Appendix. Note: The existing central language designating the classifications of employees which are deemed to require appropriate safety footwear shall be transferred to the local appendix.

  • Protective Clothing & Equipment While not being part of any issue of protective clothing/equipment, the company shall be required to provide the following protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary, by employees during the performance of their required duties:

  • NON-DISCRIMINATION IN HIRING AND EMPLOYMENT Competitive Supplier agrees to conduct its operations and activities under this ESA in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws regarding non-discrimination in hiring and employment of employees.

  • Protective Clothing and Equipment The Employer recognizes the safety concerns of all staff and shall provide all employees whose work requires them to wear protective equipment with the necessary equipment and protective clothing. This committee may make recommendations on such equipment (e.g., gloves, long sleeved gowns, masks, goggles). These shall be maintained and replaced, where necessary, at the Employer's expense. Where the committee recommends the wearing of such protective clothing and equipment, and the Employer implements such recommendation, employees are obligated to comply with such recommendation(s).

  • Personal Protective Clothing 11.1 On commencement of employment with the Employer each employee will be issued with the following; • Two pairs of overalls or agreed alternative such as two shirts and two pairs of pants or jeans. • One pair of approved safety boots to the value of $75.00 increasing to a value of $80.00 from 1 July 2006, increasing to a value of $85.00 from 1 July 2009. • One bluey jacket or agreed equivalent (May to October). Nylon jackets and those with metal zips shall not be acceptable. • Any other safety equipment deemed necessary for the safe conduct of work.

  • Protective Devices Protective devices, wearing apparel, and other equipment necessary to protect employees from injury shall be provided by the County in accordance with practices now prevailing or as such practices may be improved from time to time by the County.

  • Employment of Consultants Part A: General Consultants’ services shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of the Introduction and Section IV of the “Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers” published by the Bank in January 1997 and revised in September 1997 and January 1999 (the Consultant Guidelines) and the following provisions of Section II of this Schedule.
