SPECIAL ELIGIBILITY EFFECTIVE DATE (DUAL ELIGIBILITY. The Employer in its Adoption Agreement may elect to provide a special Effective Date for the Plan's eligibility conditions, with the effect that such conditions may apply only to Employees who are employed by the Employer after a specified date.
