EPP session-‐command RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets that includes the sending of a session command plus the reception of the EPP response for only one EPP session command. For the login command it will include packets needed for starting the TCP session. For the logout command it will include packets needed for closing the TCP session. EPP session commands are those described in section 2.9.1 of EPP RFC 5730. If the RTT is 5 times or more the corresponding SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.

Notice to Union of Long Term Layoff In the event of a pending layoff of a permanent or long-term nature, the Home will:
(a) Provide the Union with ninety (90) days’ notice;
(b) Meet with the Union to review the following:
i) The reasons causing the layoff;
ii) The service which the Home will undertake after the layoff;
iii) The method of implementation, including areas of cutback and the employees to be laid off. It is understood that permanent or long-term nature means a layoff which will be longer than eight (8) weeks.

Gov’t Code Ch. 2274 of SB 13 (87th session), the company hereby certifies and verifies that the company, or any wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company, or affiliate of these entities or business associations, if any, does not boycott energy companies and will not boycott energy companies during the term of the contract. For purposes of this contract, the term “company” shall mean an organization, association, corporation, partnership, joint venture, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, or limited liability company, that exists to make a profit.
