Specialized Service. When to Update List. Sections 121.368(h) and 135.426(h) state, in part, “the list must be updated with any changes, including additions or deletions, and the updated list provided to the FAA.” In cases where there are no additions or deletions to the MPL, certificate holders are not required to provide an unchanged list to the FAA. However, certificate holders should notify their PI(s) when there are no changes.
Specialized Service. In the event of an opening or creation of a new position in Specialized Services, the following will occur: ‘ 1) The Chief will notify the Union President of the proposed opening and meet to discuss same. 2) The criteria for the opening will be explained. 3) The opening and criteria will be posted for fourteen (14) days. Any member may apply. 4) Seniority may be considered as a factor in the choice. Specialized Service. If Client desires to receive services from Company outside the scope of the Service as specifically provided by this General Statement of Work and the Agreement, including but not limited to a customized Questionnaire, Company shall provide an additional statement of work describing Client’s desired services and any additional service fees for such services.

  • SPECIALIZED SERVICE REQUIREMENTS In the event that the Participating Entity requires service or specialized performance requirements not addressed in this Contract (such as e- commerce specifications, specialized delivery requirements, or other specifications and requirements), the Participating Entity and the Supplier may enter into a separate, standalone agreement, apart from this Contract.   • SPECIALIZED JOB CLASSES Where there is a particular specialized job class in which the pay rate is below the local market value assessment of that job class, the parties may use existing means under the collective agreement to adjust compensation for that job class.

  • Specialized Skills Each certificated support person demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of skill and knowledge in designing and conducting specialized programs of prevention, instruction, remediation and evaluation.

  • Provider Services Charges for the following Services when ordered by a Physician for the treatment of an Injury or Illness.

  • Enhanced Services The State encourages the Contractor to cover programs that enhance the general health and well-being of its Hoosier Healthwise members, including programs that address preventive health, risk factors or personal responsibility. These enhanced programs and services are above and beyond those covered in the Hoosier Healthwise program. In addition, all enhanced services shall comply with the member incentives guidelines set forth in Section 6.2.2 and other relevant state and federal rules regarding inducements. All enhanced services offered by the Contractor must be pre-approved by OMPP prior to initiating such services. Enhanced services may include, but are not limited to, such items as:

  • Managed Services HP will provide the services as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to this Agreement or incorporating it by reference. Each party will appoint a single point of contact as set forth in the SOW who will serve as their primary representative, have overall responsibility for managing performance, and meet with the other party’s representative to review progress. Change requests are governed by the change management procedures as set forth in the SOW.

  • Eligible Goods and Related Services 4.1 All the Goods and Related Services to be supplied under the Contract shall have their origin in any country that is eligible in accordance with ITT 3.9. 4.2 For purposes of this ITT, the term “goods” includes commodities, raw material, machinery, equipment, and industrial plants; and “related services” include services such as insurance, installation, training, and initial maintenance.

  • Covered Services You will receive Covered Services under the terms and conditions of this Contract only when the Covered Service is: • Medically Necessary; • Provided by a Participating Provider for in-network coverage; • Listed as a Covered Service; • Not in excess of any benefit limitations described in the Schedule of Benefits section of this Contract; and • Received while Your Contract is in force.
