Interpreter - An employee who is fluent in Spanish, sign language, Polish, Russian, or other languages as mutually agreed, and who prove they are so certified by letter from a secondary educational instructor in the language (i.e., Community College, College, or University) will be eligible to receive additional compensation of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month.
