Staffing Jobs. Employees shall be furnished to Employers during labor disputes with other construction crafts and Employers will endeavor to work as long as economically possible during these periods, utilizing the employees furnished. Employers shall pay all cost of certification for certified welders, including wages, when directed by the Employer to take any type of certification to be able to perform the work necessary on his/her particular job.
