STAIRS. Stairs must have a riser height of between 6 to 8 inches and tread width of between 8 to 10.5 inches. Lifts or elevators are not an acceptable substitute for a resident's capability to ambulate stairs. (See also section 411-050-0720(6)).
STAIRS. Employees shall not be assigned to use the stairs to transport supplies, carts or equipment between floors if there is a working elevator. Employees shall not be assigned to use the stairs to transport supplies, carts or heavy equipment without the assistance needed for safety.

(1) In the case of Equipment located in the State of Florida, if any Equipment includes stairs (which shall be prefabricated metal stairs with landings), Seller shall install such stairs following delivery thereof. (2) With respect to any Equipment located in the State of Texas, Seller’s sole responsibility with respect to any Equipment that includes stairs is to ship the stairs inside the applicable modular building. Buyer shall be responsible for unloading the stairs upon delivery and installing the handrails. If Seller performs this service, there is a charge to unload.

STAIRS. The Loft and The Apartment on Fourth is located on the second level, with access by stairs only. The Loft and The Apartment on Fourth the stairwells are not sound proof to the lower level, so please be considerate, when you are going up and down or communicating from the two floors. The Guest House bedrooms are on the second level, with access only by stairs. If staying at The Guest House, please be sure to notify your guests of the step up in the sun room. If staying in The Loft, please be sure to notify your guests of the step down going to the living room. The Main Floor is located on the ground level. *OCCUPANCY: Occupancy at any time greater than the stated amount will result in the termination of rental with no refund and forfeiture of deposit. *PETS: No pets are allowed.
