STAIRS. Stairs must have a riser height of between 6 to 8 inches and tread width of between 8 to 10.5 inches. Lifts or elevators are not an acceptable substitute for a resident's capability to ambulate stairs. (See also section 411-050-0720(6)).
STAIRS. Employees shall not be assigned to use the stairs to transport supplies, carts or equipment between floors if there is a working elevator. Employees shall not be assigned to use the stairs to transport supplies, carts or heavy equipment without the assistance needed for safety.

(1) In the case of Equipment located in the State of Florida, if any Equipment includes stairs (which shall be prefabricated metal stairs with landings), Seller shall install such stairs following delivery thereof.
(2) With respect to any Equipment located in the State of Texas, Seller’s sole responsibility with respect to any Equipment that includes stairs is to ship the stairs inside the applicable modular building. Buyer shall be responsible for unloading the stairs upon delivery and installing the handrails. If Seller performs this service, there is a charge to unload.
(3) With respect to any Equipment located in any other State, Seller’s sole responsibility with respect to any Equipment consisting of stairs is to deliver the stairs to the Site and place them next to the exit ways specified by Buyer with handrails in place. Any modification to, or failure of Buyer to properly maintain, any Equipment consisting of stairs, may result in failure to comply with applicable code.
STAIRS. Wood framed stair construction with 2 x 16 cut stringers at 12" o.c. and 3/4" plywood over treads and risers. Treads / risers shall be glued and nailed to each xxxxxxxx. Platform framed landings.
STAIRS. Do not place carpet treads on the stairs or store items on the stairs. All apartments are wired for telephones. Prior permission of Management is required for the installation of additional lines or outlets. (3) In all other states, Lessor’s sole responsibility with respect to any Equipment consisting of stairs is to deliver the stairs to the Site and place them next to the exit ways specified by Lessee with handrails in place. Stairs shall not be altered in any form from the delivered state. Any modification to or failure of Lessee to properly maintain the stairs may result in failure to comply with applicable code.
